There are many types of dwc pipe jointing tool, which can be divided into resistance butt welding, continuous flash butt welding and preheating flash butt welding according to the welding method. According to its structure, it can be divided into spring upsetting type, air pressure upsetting type, air pressure upsetting type and so on.
The dwc pipe jointing tool is mainly composed of welding transformer, left electrode, right electrode, AC contactor, feeding mechanism and control elements. The feeding mechanism is to realize the melting and extrusion process required in the welding process, and it mainly includes the dry in the groove, the sliding plate and the adjusting screw. When the joystick is moved in the two-stage limit position, the working stroke of the electrode can be obtained. The control program of the control element is: press the contactor button, turn on the relay, make the AC contactor function, and then the welding transformer is turned on. Move the joystick to compress the two weldments and heat them with electricity. Working principle: The electrodes of the dwc pipe jointing tool are installed on the fixed plate and the sliding plate respectively. The sliding plate can move along the guide rails on the fuselage. The current is transmitted to the electrodes through the secondary coil of the transformer. After the heads come into contact with each other, the short-circuit resistance generates heat, which heats the ends of the steel bars.
Operation notes:
1. The machine should be placed indoors and have reliable grounding (connected to zero). If multiple units are placed side by side, the spacing shall not be less than 3m.
2. Before operation, check that the pressure mechanism on the machine should be flexible, the fixture should be firm, and the gas and hydraulic systems should be free of leakage. After confirming that they are normal, welding can be performed.
3. Before welding, the secondary voltage should be adjusted according to the cross-section of the welded steel bar, and the steel bar higher than the diameter specified by the machine should not be welded. The contact points and electrodes of the circuit breaker should be polished regularly, and all the connecting bolts of the secondary circuit should be tightened regularly. The cooling water temperature should not be higher than 40°C; the drainage should be adjusted according to the temperature.
4. When welding long steel bars, brackets should be provided. Operators who jointly transport steel bars should be careful to be careful of spark burns during welding. A baffle should be set up in the flash area, and unrelated personnel are not allowed to enter during welding. 5. During construction in winter, the indoor temperature should not be lower than 8°C. After the operation, drain the cooling water in the machine.
