By accessing or using the Blue & Red Idea Social Network (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Access to the Platform is permitted only to users aged 15 and above, according to Greek law effective 1 January 2027.
Age verification is mandatory. We store only the verification result (“15+ confirmed”), not identity documents. Accounts suspected to belong to underage users may be suspended pending re‑verification.
To access certain features, you must register an account with accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Access to the Platform is permitted only to users aged 15 and above. Any previous age thresholds (13+, 18 with consent) are no longer applicable under the updated legal framework.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time without notice, including for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, impersonation, or attempts to bypass age‑verification requirements.
Selling, trading, or distributing accounts (real or fake) is strictly prohibited.
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display, and distribute your content as part of platform operations.
Illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or obscene materials.
Intellectual property infringement.
Impersonation or misrepresentation.
Malware, spyware, or harmful code.
Exploitation of minors or solicitation of minors.
Promotion of unlawful acts, drug use, hacking, or fraud.
Any gambling, betting, casino, or prediction content (see Section 10).
We offer both free memberships and paid plans with upgraded benefits.
Upgrades are charged dynamically. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle; no refunds are provided for unused periods.
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Fee adjustments may occur with notice. Terminations due to violations forfeit remaining balances.
All platform designs, graphics, source code, logos, trademarks, and features belong exclusively to the Blue & Red Idea Network.
User feedback or suggestions are non‑confidential and may be used freely without compensation.
We maintain full discretion over publication workflows, including:
Approving, rejecting, or deleting posts and articles (including older entries).
Removing copyrighted or unauthorized media.
Enforcing bans for illegal activities, fake accounts, or harmful behavior.
Applying automated moderation systems under DSA compliance.
The Platform may contain links to third‑party websites. Accessing them is at your own risk. We are not responsible for external content or policies.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting blue-idea.net@outlook.com.
Upon termination, clauses regarding liability, content ownership, and intellectual property remain in effect.
The Platform strictly prohibits any content related to gambling, betting, casino games, or similar activities, including:
Links to unlicensed gambling operators (as defined by ΕΕΕΠ).
Affiliate links, referral codes, promotional material.
Betting tips, predictions, arbitrage systems, “sure bets”.
Redirects or shortened URLs (bit.ly, tinyurl, etc.) leading to gambling content.
Violations may result in content removal, suspension, permanent bans, and—if repeated—reports to legal authorities.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted service, security, or merchantability. Use is at your own risk.
Under the Digital Services Act (DSA):
You have the right to appeal moderation decisions.
You may request human review of automated moderation actions.
Annual Transparency Reports will be published.
We implement risk‑mitigation measures for harmful content.
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Updates will be announced on the Platform.
If we determine that members referred through our affiliate program are not real persons or involve fraudulent sign‑ups, we reserve the full right to decline commission payouts.
We may also suspend or terminate accounts involved in referral abuse, multi‑accounting, automated sign‑ups, or any attempt to manipulate affiliate earnings.
From 10/06/2026 you need to have minimum 2 euro at your wallet in order to stay logged in.These are not refundable.
Repeated violations may result in permanent bans and removal from all promotional programs.
