Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces amaretto liqueur
1 1/2 ounces orange juice, freshly squeezed
1 1/2 ounces sour mix*
Garnish: maraschino cherry
Garnish: orange half-wheel
Steps
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange half-wheel.
*Sour mix: Combine 2 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice, 2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice and 2 ounces simple syrup, adjusting sweetness to taste. Will keep, refrigerated, for up to 1 week.
