PY3577 is a two-component, modified acrylic ester structural adhesive. This product features low odor, non-toxic and environmentally friendly properties, and cures rapidly at room temperature. After curing, it has high strength and excellent toughness. It is suitable for bonding a variety of substrates, including carbon steel, aluminum, galvanized sheet, glass, engineering plastics, ceramics, etc.

Typical Applications
Adhesion of electronic and electrical product accessories, suitable for the manufacturing and repair of products such as mobile phones, tablet computers, household appliances, instruments, etc.

Usage
1. Clean the moisture, dust, oil stains, oxides, etc. on the bonding surface to keep the bonding interface dry and flat. If surface pretreatment such as sanding or shot blasting can be performed, it will help improve the surface adhesion.
2. Open the packaging and first extrude a small amount of adhesive to ensure that both components can be extruded smoothly and have good fluidity. Install the mixing tube, place the double tubes into a suitable dispensing device, and ensure that the extruded adhesive is evenly mixed.
3. Apply the adhesive to the surface of the substrate. Within the working time, bond the specimen and apply appropriate pressure for a certain period of time.
4. The adhesive will initially cure within 3–5 minutes at room temperature. Heating can accelerate the curing process.

PY3167 Acrylic Structural Adhesive

PY3167 High Performance Structure Adhesive is a 10:1 two components acrylic structure adhesive. Fixture time is 4-5 minutes at room temperature. It is especially suitable for bonding plastic and metal with a minimum of surface preparation.

Usage
1.Mixing part A and part B in the correct ratio and mix thoroughly. Once mixed, it should achieve a uniform color. It is recommended that either meter mix equipment or cartridges with static mix nozzles be used to properly ratio and dispense the adhesive.
2.To assure maximum bond strength, surfaces must be mated within the adhesive’s working time. Use enough material to completely fill the joint when parts are clamped.
3.Heat buildup during and after mixing is normal.
