PY3167 High Performance Structure Adhesive is a 10:1 two components acrylic structure adhesive. Fixture time is 4-5 minutes at room temperature. It is especially suitable for bonding plastic and metal with a minimum of surface preparation.

ABS、PMMA、PC、PS、Metals
Usage
1.Mixing part A and part B in the correct ratio and mix thoroughly. Once mixed, it should achieve a uniform color. It is recommended that either meter mix equipment or cartridges with static mix nozzles be used to properly ratio and dispense the adhesive.
2.To assure maximum bond strength, surfaces must be mated within the adhesive’s working time. Use enough material to completely fill the joint when parts are clamped.
3.Heat buildup during and after mixing is normal.

PY3168 is a two-component Acrylic structural adhesive. This product cures quickly and has good toughness and impact resistance. It has excellent bonding performance on a variety of substrates such as plastics, metals, ceramics, ink-coated glass, etc.

Typical Applications
Structural bonding of electronic and electrical products, especially suitable for bonding applications requiring high impact resistance.

Resistant to the following substances:
Acid - base PH: 3 - 10
Hydrocarbons
Salt solution
Not resistant to the following substances:
Polar solvent

Usage
1. Unpack the product and first extrude a small amount of glue to ensure that both components can be extruded and have good fluidity. Install the mixing tube and place the dual tubes into the appropriate dispensing equipment to ensure that the extruded glue is evenly mixed.
2. Apply the glue to the surface of the substrate, bond the sample parts within the operation time, and apply appropriate pressure for a certain period of time.
3. It can be initially cured at room temperature within 4 - 6 minutes. It can also be quickly cured by heating and can be put into use 2 hours later.
