Bomb symbols introduce a secondary removal engine that interacts directly with the multiplier meter and cascade flow. Four shapes exist—Horizontal, Vertical, Cross, and X-shaped—and each detonates in its specific pattern, clearing symbols in those lines and adding the removed icons to the collection meter. In the base game, bombs only explode if at least one cascade has already occurred on that spin, which prevents them from triggering on the initial drop and ties their activation to an existing win chain. This conditional detonation adds a layer of state dependency: a spin that starts with no wins will not benefit from bomb removals, whereas a spin that produces even a small cluster can unlock bomb explosions that clear large sections of the grid and feed the multiplier ladder. The net effect is a volatility amplifier, because bomb-triggered clears can either extend a modest tumble sequence into a long chain or, conversely, remove key symbols that might have formed additional clusters, depending on RNG distribution.
