Usually, the quality of the backing paper recycled from stainless steel coils is still acceptable, but wrinkles may occur during the recycling process, or overlapping of tape connections may affect the surface of the stainless steel plate;

2. Do not use wet pad paper, if the moisture content is too high, it may stick to the board surface, and it will be difficult to remove after a long time;

3. In the process of flattening, especially for thin plates (below 0.4mm), we must pay attention to the flatness of the backing paper, any wrinkle of the backing paper will bring indentation to the thin plate;

4. For the pad paper used for stainless steel coils, it is better to be too wide than too narrow. The thickness of the pad paper that is too narrow will have a great impact on the winding.
