1. Cooling channel settings

2. Core eccentricity correction technology
By using the eccentricity correction technique, the wall thickness difference of the preform can be made less than 0.006mm. The application of this system does not affect the life of the PET mold during its entire service life;
3. Needle valve system:
The PET preform mold adopts a needle valve type hot runner system. This type of hot runner system can effectively reduce the processing time, reduce the wear of parts and reduce the cost of gate trimming, while reducing power consumption.
4. Coil heating
The dual heating and cooling system ensures excellent heating and cooling and reliable quality control. The thermal coil keeps the nozzle constant temperature throughout the cycle time. In addition, the heating system is used to increase the heating capacity of the hot runner plate, which has a long service life and high efficiency.
