On January 10, we received an on-site processing work at the nuclear power plant, which is to machining the flange with a diameter of1.2m inside a container cavity.Because of the interference of working space, we can't select FI60 flange facing machine.So we used our FI40 flange facing machine, and the standard maximum machining diameter range is 1m. We used a special lengthening tool holder and completed the work excellently.Thanks to the powerful Panasonic servo motor, which ensures constant torque output and stable processing when stable gas source can’t be provided on site.
