For many standard flange facing applications,MT customers are able to use the ID-mount flange facing machine.However,the face on small flanges is different and doesn’t have enough hole space like many larger flanges do.In this situation,techinicians eagerly need an OD-mount flange facing machine to finish their repair work efficiently.FE12 Flange Facing Machine is the most representative OD-mount flange repair tool in the market. The facing diameter of FE12 is from 0 to 12 inches(0-300mm), but the maximum clamping range of similar flange facing machine in the market is also 12 inches(300mm), which is obviously unreasonable.That’s where the new attachments come in.

To help our customer clamp and machine a 10 inches flange effectively,we are excited to introduce two new attachments:piggyback plates and 90° toolholder for the standard FE12 Flange Facing Machine.The piggyback plate attachment allows customers to clamp a 17.7 inches(450mm) diameter flange.Then piffyback plate bolts directly to the machine,making it easy to set up and simple to use.These standard high-quality attachments from MT address the various challenges our customers face.
