Time Says It All !
Since our customer purchased the FI40 Portable Flange Facing Machine last October, the machine has been repairing flange surfaces at a large chemical plant with up to 12 flanges a day. So far, the machine has completed over a thousand flange repairs, fully meeting the requirements of the ASMEB 16.5 standard!
Mr. Li, Construction Manager of Sinopec, said, "We are blown away by the stability and durability of this machine, which can repair any type of flange surface within its machining range. The powerful and flexible servo motor power solves the problem of insufficient air supply on site. Our project will last for two years and it will give us more help to finish the pipe installation within the schedule. In the future we will purchase more portable machines from MT to expand our tooling pool".
