3. Top suction board
The capture principle of the top suction plate is similar to that of the top suction cup. The difference between the two is that the top suction plate is a single layer structure. The airflow simulation software is used to simulate the airflow organization process in detail, and the circular suction port structure is adopted. The double-layer structure of the cover plate is a single-layer structure, which effectively reduces the weight of the top suction board and reduces the pressure loss of the top suction board. The shape of the top suction board far exceeds the top suction cover.
