Founded by a wellness entrepreneur & massage therapist- Holistic Business Solutions began as a niche billing service for massage therapists (SM Billing & Consulting). It was not too soon after beginning this single service that we began to realize that there was a larger need.Holistic Business Solutions was born to serve those needs.After closely examining the traditional medical model- we discovered that many practices were trending towards hiring Management Service Organizations (MSO). In plain terms, an MSO is an organization that a medical practice can outsource all of the non-medical roles of a practice to. For us- this is a beautiful thing, because in theory (and in practice) this means that there is more time and consideration for patient care. That in mind we wanted to mimic that function for practitioners of holistic and alternative medicine. So, we set out to do just that!
