The great experience my family had with the Delta Airlines Bangkok Office which exceeded our expectations, is something I would want to share now. The personnel at the Bangkok office made the entire procedure easy and stress-free, even though family travel can be difficult, particularly when planning overseas flights.
The friendly and inviting demeanor of the Delta team surprised us right away. We received courteous, competent, and genuinely helpful service when we came into the office to ask questions regarding the flight and make some modifications to our reservation. All of our questions were calmly and thoroughly answered by the personnel, who made sure that all of our family members' needs, including those of our two small children and our old parents, were met.
