A Fin Fan Cooler, also known as an Air-Cooled Heat Exchanger (ACHE), is a mechanical device used to cool process fluids—liquids or gases—by using ambient air instead of water. It consists of finned tubes through which hot fluids flow, while large fans blow or draw air over the tubes to remove heat. The fins increase the surface area of the tubes, improving heat transfer efficiency.
