I don’t know exactly when it started but grocery store meat stopped feeling worth it. Prices keep climbing every couple months, packaging gets fancier while the actual product doesn’t, and you genuinely cannot tell what state half this stuff came from. So more people around here have started searching out farm stores near Texas, and it’s not some trendy thing pushed by an app or an influencer. People are just tired. Tired of paying more, getting less, and having zero clue where any of it actually came from.
