Advanced Cylinder Repair, is a cylinder/drum repair company. We repair onsite in the press wrench hits, score marks, screw marks, bearing hits, low areas, corrosion and rust on any metal surface: press cylinders, calendar rolls, flexo drums, laminator rolls and ci drums. As well a KBA ceramic cylinders. ACR offers electroplating, two wire arc, thermal spray, TIG welding, pinning, and onsite machining and grinding for rotatable parts. We can repair most damage onsite without having to disassemble the machine and with a finished tolerance of .0005 or less.
