On Monday 14/06/2021 will be held at the warehouse of the Patras Customs, Limenas Building 1, an oral auction of wheeled passenger cars, trucks and a MOTO, of community and non-community origin.

All vehicles are auctioned according to the NEW GENERAL TERMS OF SALE OF WHEELS, which are posted on the website www.aade.gr (MENOY Auctions DDDY). The participation of each of the bidders in the auction process presupposes their full information on the terms of sale that apply. A statement of ignorance of them is not accepted.
The sale prices of the vehicles include the corresponding VAT.
For non-Community vehicles, the buyer is obliged to submit the relevant import declaration before receipt, on which the corresponding customs duties are calculated and paid.
OBSERVATIONS
Remark 1
For the vehicles to be released, the guarantee is 300 euros, and the offers to be accepted must differ from the starting price from each other by at least 50 euros.
For the two-wheeled vehicles to be dismantled, the participation guarantee is 50 euros, and the offers to be accepted must differ from the starting price from each other by at least 20 euros.
Remark 2
The participants in the auction are obliged to bring their police ID and to declare to the committee the TIN, the competent D.O.Y. and their capacity.
Individuals participate in the auctions in person. Exceptionally, they can participate with an authorized representative if he is a spouse or a relative by blood up to the second degree by submitting a responsible statement of Law 1599/86 considered by a Public Authority.
Legal entities shall participate in the auctions through their legal representative or with a power of attorney appointed by a notary for the vehicles on the road or with an authorized representative for the other vehicles. In any case, they must present the legal documents of the company (certified copy of the constituent act-articles of association, Government Gazette of publication of the articles of association, recent certificate of changes from the relevant Court of First Instance and GEMI with their respective official documents.
Remark 3
20% of the bid price (advance payment) is paid as soon as the bidding for each vehicle ends and after the signing of the minutes of the announcement of the bidder.
The discount when the payment is made in cash is set at 30% of the total price offered.
The remaining amount will be paid for an amount of up to 300 euros in cash and for an amount over 300 euros by bank check ordered by the Patras Customs.
Remark 4
The auctioned vehicles are used, with damage, wear and defects and need to be repaired before being released.
The interested parties must examine them together with technicians of their choice before taking part in the auction, in order to determine the amount of damages, in order to formulate their bids accordingly.
The examination includes what is deemed necessary without the use of tools or other mechanical means and without starting the vehicle. Also, many of their data, such as year of manufacture, displacement, type, etc. were taken from their external indications in order to better inform the buying public, after which the buyers must investigate the accuracy of these data on their own. Our Service bears no responsibility for these data as well as any hidden defects.
Under the terms of sale, reversals - cancellations of sales are not accepted, except in cases where a certificate from the Department of Transport and Communications shows that the vehicle can not be released.
Remark 5
For the placing of the vehicle in circulation, the buyer is obliged at his own risk and expense to complete the procedures of payment of the registration fee, the issuance of new license plates and the payment of registration fees.
For trucks over 4 tons or buses for circulation, a certificate of ownership is not issued, but a contract is required by a notary and the costs are borne by the buyer.
Before taking part in the tenders, the interested parties must be informed by the competent Transport Services about the current provisions regarding the classification, the type of fuel, the place of registration, the fuel emission limits, etc. and whose ignorance cannot be invoked after the purchase of vehicles.
Visiting hours
The visit of the vehicles in the warehouse of K. Achaia is allowed freely from Tuesday 8/6 until Friday 11/6, during the working days and hours from 08:30 to 13:30.
The visit is not allowed during the auction, only after the end of it for thirty (30) minutes in the presence of the staff of the service, to those of the announced bidders who wish it.
The Settlement of the price of the auctioned vehicles is mandatory in 30 calendar days from the next day of the award of the auction results.
It can be extended by decision of the Head of the Service and can not exceed 45 calendar days in total (maximum deadline for the receipt of the vehicle)
