We are continuing to secure the data of eBay's sellers and buyers, eBay data, and eBay developer information is ending support for HTTP endpoints that are part of Finding API Finding API on October 1 January, 2019. The mentions of HTTP endpoints are deleted from the documents on the developer's website.

Starting on October 1, 2019, the eBay Finding API will work over HTTPS only (e.g., https://svcs.ebay.com/services/search/FindingService/v1). All requests made through HTTP are not able to be processed.
