PROCESS
Our meticulously sourced cocoa beans are fermented for seven days and dried for another seven. We then roast and hull them to extract cocoa nibs. These nibs are slow-conched to bring out the rich textures and fine flavours of chocolate that we all love. Perfectly roasted almonds pair well with our smooth chocolate. Every step of the process is crafted to accentuate the natural flavours of cocoa without the use of any artificial ingre****nts.
