We recently completed a large-scale translation of our online education service into four new languages and launched over 8,000 additional localized pages featuring courses. We followed the documentation to the letter, set up hreflang tags, and updated the sitemap, but organic traffic from the new regions is practically zero.

I suspect that Googlebot simply can’t keep up with such a large number of new URLs due to crawl budget limitations, and the statistics in the Search Console show data with a three-day delay. In this situation, how can I quickly verify whether the new language versions are actually appearing in search results and identify problematic pages, so I don’t have to wait weeks for updates from the Search Console?

Multilingual websites always pose a serious challenge for crawling, because search engines scan duplicate structures very selectively! In your case, I’d recommend trying the SpeedyIndex service. You upload the entire list as a .txt file directly to the dashboard or via their Telegram bot. The tool then automatically checks the pages using a dual query (via `site:URL` and exact match), utilizing their bulk Google index checker, which provides nearly 100% accuracy with no blind spots. Unlike the standard console, which has a daily limit of 2,000 checks, here you can easily run through even 100,000 links in a single session—and without linking a credit card, since you’re immediately given 100 free attempts to start with. Have you already checked your server logs to see if your firewall is blocking bots on the new language subdomains?
