Below you will find the recipes to make smoothies
- Raspberry smoothie: Blend 1 cup of frozen raspberries, 1/2 cup of plain yogurt, 1/4 cup of almond milk, 2 tablespoons of honey and a few mint leaves until smooth and refreshing.
- Pineapple smoothie: Blend 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup of coconut water, 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and a pinch of ginger until smooth and tropical.
- Apple smoothie: Blend 1 large apple, cored and chopped, 1/2 cup of ice, 1/4 cup of apple juice, 2 tablespoons of oats and a pinch of cinnamon until smooth and hearty.
- Kiwi smoothie: Blend 2 peeled kiwis, 1/2 cup of ice, 1/4 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of lime juice and a handful of kale until smooth and green.
- Cherry smoothie: Blend 1 cup of frozen cherries, 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt, 1/4 cup of milk, 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder and a dash of vanilla extract until smooth and chocolatey.
- Watermelon smoothie: Blend 2 cups of cubed seedless watermelon, 1/2 cup of ice, 1/4 cup of lime juice, 2 tablespoons of agave nectar and a pinch of salt until smooth and refreshing.
- Orange smoothie: Blend 2 peeled oranges, 1/2 cup of ice, 1/4 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of cream cheese and a dash of orange extract until smooth and creamy.
- Grape smoothie: Blend 1 cup of frozen grapes, 1/2 cup of plain yogurt, 1/4 cup of grape juice, 2 teaspoons of chia seeds and a few basil leaves until smooth and aromatic.
