Windows 11 will be available on new PCs and through a free upgrade to Windows 10 PCs starting this summer. To check if a user is eligible for a free upgrade to Windows 11, they must visit Windows.com and download the PC Health Check application.
Microsoft is also working with retail partners to make sure Windows 10 PCs that its customers buy today are ready to upgrade to Windows 11
